Annual Leaders Like Us event doubled fundraising amount from 2023
Hosted the first-ever Candidate Endorsement Switchboard and Meet & Greet Fair for over 80 City of Portland candidates
Ran successful pilot of inaugural leadership development and community building program, BIPOC Executive Director Support Cohort (BIPOC-ESC), for BIPOC executive directors
Coordinated a field campaign alongside BIPOC partner organizations that connected with almost 15,000 doors in historic ranked choice voting election for Portland’s new form of government
“Across Oregon, communities stood behind candidates who align with our shared values—candidates proudly endorsed by Oregon Futures Lab. These individuals ran campaigns grounded in both experience and principles, demonstrating what leadership looks like when it is truly reflective of and accountable to the people,” says Kothari, in OFL’s recent 2024 Impact Report.
