We’re Hiring: Director of Programs

Are you a visionary who wants to build innovative programs that amplify the voices, experiences and expertise of communities of color in leadership positions across Oregon? Join OFL as our Director of Programs! 

We are looking for an exciting leader to serve as our Director of Programs (DoP) who will convene community leaders to build trust, collaboration, best practices and strategies of resiliency that recruit and retain BIPOC leadership across Oregon. The DoP will work collaboratively with the Executive Director and Political Director to implement programs that foster community-cultivated leadership and support movement-building organizers toward lasting progressive change.
